Craig Davis Properties is renewing their focus on multi-family development after the success of their Lumen project in Hampton, Virginia. With this renewed focus, CDP needed a revitalized brand that communicates to their investors, partners, tenants, and communities the level of quality, design and return on investment their projects offer. With a brand inspired by the visual vocabulary of currency and softened with a warm palette to communicate accessibly, CDP is now able to continue their expansion and achieve the investment and development goals they’ve promised.
