Colorado State Capitol

The Colorado State Capitol is a National Historic Landmark and icon in the City of Denver, known for its gold-leafed dome, inspired by the state’s Gold Rush. The building and complex, while beautiful, are very confusing to navigate due to the symmetry of the architecture and changing uses of the building throughout the year. With an upcoming suite of identification, interpretive and wayfinding signage that complements the historic finishes, the People’s House will be more accessible and easier to navigate.
